A special date doesn't have to be elaborate or expensive. You can make it romantic and thoughtful right at home! After dinner surprise your spouse with a little dessert and a romantic night. Start by lighting your fireplace (if you have one). Light a few candles and scatter them around the room. Play some background music to set the tone. Get a few pillows and a blanket and get comfy.
